We take pride in our craftsmanship. If you are not satisfied with your stock purchase, we accept returns within 30 days. Please note that custom orders are final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our concierge team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Securely wrap the item in its original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the package and schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the item for quality, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
